Ken Cyphers is an estate planning, probate and real estate attorney that moved to Sonoma County from New York City in 2003. He lives in Healdsburg with his wife and two children and enjoys practicing at a small town law firm. Ken is our specialist in charge of estate planning and trust administration, an area that has always piqued his interest. From preparing estate plans and business succession strategies to nonprofit or corporation formation, he loves going to bat for clients and helping the community at large work through the monetary and real estate issues we all face. His experience working in Sonoma County real estate development and serving on the Windsor Planning Commission is helpful when resolving his clients’ legal issues.
Ken received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from State University of New York at Albany, and earned his Juris Doctorate degree at St. John’s University School of Law. He is licensed to practice in California and New York. He has also held a California Real Estate Broker license since 2004. Ken currently serves as a Board Member of the Healdsburg Chamber of Commerce and the Santa Rosa Parks Foundation. His hobbies include cycling, golf and snowboarding.
Ken prefers a good Pinot Noir to a Pilsner. No Pilsner. No Pinot. No… Actually, it doesn’t matter. As long as he gets to enjoy his adopted hometown with family and friends, he’s happy with whatever’s in the glass.
