RYAN HENDERSON (OF COUNSEL)

Attorney Ryan Henderson is a Sonoma County native and has been practicing law locally since 2009. 

Prior to practicing law, Ryan managed and operated a local business in Santa Rosa.  During and after law school Ryan served as Corporate Counsel in a multi-national corporation.  These experiences provided Ryan with a deep understanding of the challenges and nuances of operating a business and Ryan brings this practical knowledge to bear when counseling clients.

In 2009 Ryan returned to Sonoma County and joined a local bankruptcy law firm.  Since that time Ryan has regularly represented debtors, creditors and other stakeholders in Federal bankruptcy court.  Ryan has successfully represented hundreds of clients in personal and businesses restructurings and has broad experience in negotiating with credit agencies, lending institutions, mortgage servicing companies, as well as on behalf of creditors.  Ryan’s practice also encompasses estate planning and administration, as well as small business advising.

In his free time Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, fishing, golfing, and generally enjoying Northern California.

Ryan is a cum laude graduate of California Western School of Law.  He graduated with Distinction earning a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Sonoma State University after attending Cardinal Newman High School (Class of ’96).
